- What does research use only mean?
- Our products are sold for in-vitro lab research only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They are not for human or animal use. When you buy, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or work with a research institution. You must be 18 or older.
- How do I read a COA?
- Each certificate covers one lot. It shows identity, purity, measured content and endotoxin, as reported by the lab. Find your product and lot on our COA page, then open the certificate. Questions about a lot? Email orders@atxbiolabs.com and cite the lot number.
- How does shipping work?
- We ship within the US only, by UPS. Orders process within 1 to 2 business days after payment clears. UPS Ground typically takes 2 to 5 business days. You see the exact cost at checkout. We email your tracking number when your order ships.
